Oh my gosh, guys! I really enjoyed this, and the interview was great. Me being the geek I am, bragged on my facebook status about this podcast, ahaha..

And then when I got mentioned! Oh golly, my face got so happy! My smile still has not left my face. You guys are great! Haha. I think I'm blowing this out of proportion, but wow. Hee Batwoman..

Keep up the great work on these podcasts! They are full of life and energy! I love them!

Well I think you gotta thank Gary for that I'm sure he's happy not only because he finally got to do another podcast but because he made at least one fan happy and hopefully your facebook friends will listen to the podcast!

True! I don't know if any of your friends are Batman/Comic fans, but if they are you should introduce them to the podcasts/forums!

And as to the other stuff, it's easy when we have active listeners/forum users who give us interesting topics to talk about haha.

Another great show guys, and thanks for the shout out Gary, that was really cool to hear! I do have to give credit to my younger brother for finding that awesome Batman picture I use for my avatar though. I always loved that shot, and he was able to find a great picture of it.

Really enjoyed the discussion on Prey, I was disappointed to hear it wasn't that great, but I still want to find a copy and read it for myself.

I'll look forward to the next episode.

Seriously, I would recommended you read it for yourself and then make a decision. I haven't read it yet so I couldn't give much input, but everybody has different opinions...as you could probably tell, Bob didn't think it was as bad...he only had to admit that the one character was kinda cheesy. I'm sure I'll share my opinion next time...

Yeah, I still plan on getting it, but I can't seem to find it at my local comic book stores. I'll just have try finding it online to buy.

Awesome glad you all liked this episode - even after editing it and listening to again today I just love hearing what everyone (excluding me), thinks about all the news and comic reviews.

I'm glad I read Prey in the context of it possibly being the next Batman movie and for me it worked. Replace the villain cop idea and bring Catwoman's story into the forefront it will be a great template.

You've been missed Gary - your our community king...

Agreed Bob. I find that I share a lot of the same opions as you regarding Batman. Also, congratulations on the new baby!

And I just wanted to add in, although it doesn't really matter, it is true what I said in the podcast; Kevin Smith didn't start smoking weed until VERY recently, after Zack and Miri Make a Porno. Seth Rogen actually was the one that convinced him to try it during/after that movie, so at the earliest it was 2008. You can even tell if you listen to Smodcast, Smith's podcast, because at one point he's his normal self and then the next podcast his personality is different and sillier, he talks about how he just started smoking weed, and you can actually hear him light and smoke his bong in the background during the recording. So GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT MATT! haha

Just got to listen to the podcast today. It was great, loved the interview. Marcus seemed like a really nice guy who loves comics as much as the fans. I loved the retro review of Prey, keep them coming!

And if you talk to anyone who listens to his podcast, you can tell where one episode he's his normal self and all of a sudden by the next one he's totally different. He sounds a bit different, his sense of humor is sillier, and in the beginning you could actually hear him lighting and smoking the bong.

Gary Let's read that quote a little closer shall we "The king of stoner moviemakers, Kevin Smith, never really smoked much marijuana until Seth Rogen talked him into it last summer.."

Ok so the quote is, he never really smoked (key word) "much" pot meaning he has smoked before, trust me kevin smith has been smoking his whole life just recently he started smoking 3 times a day according to that article. That I believe but trust me he started allllll the way back in high school (if you read the mallrat book he talks about the whole cast smoking.)

You can take the poor wording of the article however you want, but he said in the podcast he very rarely smoked. He said he could count on his hands the amount of times he smoked weed. Now, he chain-smoked menthols like a mofo, but he rarely smoked pot.
