That's true, we're hopefully getting at least one more out of Nolan/Bale.

Oh, and you can add a bunch of serials to that list of Batman films, but I don't remember their names/release dates.

I have watched one or two of the serials and they are actual very entertaining. Sometimes the old stuff is a nice break from all the graphics and stuff of today.

Yeah, I really want to check a bunch of those old ones out. Apparently there were Superman and Captain Marvel ones too, which I want to see.

Does anyone know the names/years these serials came out I'm totally gonna check them out in a couple of weeks once this semester's over!

The first serial was oe in 1943 and the second in 1949 dude.

I've watched the first one and as Leviathan says - very entertaining.

I really ought to look them up, they sound awesome!

Very good, sir! Although, is the Halle Berry Catwoman movie DC? I thought it was originally intended to be, but then DC dropped out and it became "Inspired by the DC Character" rather than "Based Upon the DC Character".

The first set of serials is pretty racist actually lol. I bought the DVD on Amazon a while back. It's interesting. It's in the 40s so you have to put into perspective of what was going on then. World War II. So of course the main villain is a Japanese guy lol. At one point Batman calls him a "Squint-Eye" lol. Very funny but very racist.
