Who's excited for Arkham Asylum 2?! I was super happy when I read the news and saw the teaser!

There are no word to describe how excited I was the news. Batman Arkham Asylum was just amazing and Rocksteady would have been mad to wait for a sequel for to long.

Come on then, what rogues do you think will appear?

Joker (obviously)
Harley Quinn (obviously)
Two-Face (Seen on poster and official website)
Killer Croc
Catwoman
Mr. Freeze
Riddler (although he was arrested in B:AA)

These are some villains I would love to see in the game, but also some sidekick support:

Robin
Nightwing
Huntress

Please, Please, Please leave the blackmask out!!!

Hahaha, agreed on Black Mask Bob.

I'm glad you noticed that that was two face, 'cause I stared at that poster for ages and couldn't figure out who it was lol. I agree that I'd like to see some other heroes, particularly his sidekicks and the Bat family, at some point in the game. As for the villains, those were all good picks, 'cause I'd like it to be mostly new villains this time around. Of course, if it's a Batman game the Joker has to be involved, but I hope to see most of the villains be ones we didn't see last time.

Also, I hope we're not totally locked into that carnival place or whatever; it'd be cool to have a little Batmobile action at some point. But that's just me...

How cool would a Batmobile level be even if it just takes players from one section of the game to the other. I'd bet my DC Superhero collection that there will be a sewer level included lol

Two or multiplayer levels would be great as well.

I really think that a multiplayer mode is where it's at these days. I mean, Call of Duty and Halo are some of the top selling game series of all time, and I think a large part of that is due to their online multiplayer modes. The only problem would be that they'd have to make it co-op somehow; I think 2+ Batmen in an online game is kinda pointless, so it'd have to be either they add in allies to play co-op with, or you can play as villains too somehow. God knows how they'd do that...

The Batmobile really should be included somehow...I don't really care how, but I'd like to drive it a bit.

How about the new stuff released about it!? Two-Face, Mr. Freeze, and Talia Al Ghul! Sounds pretty good to me!

I really don't think they'll have allies, but it would be cool. Online multi-player would be awesome too!

And I still want some Batmobile Action!

This is a good article:

I wouldn't be surprised if this weren't right on the money

Personally a Batmobile level seems inevitable, I'd love to drive around Gotham

Maybe a mini mission as Robin?

That'd be great if any of that was true, it really would put you in that world! I dunno how I feel about not having a semi-happy ending though. The Arkham Asylum ending, while pretty gloomy and dark, still had enough triumphant feeling to make you feel like you finally accomplished something.

And I saw one of the comments said something about how he'd like to feel more "Like Batman", meaning he'd like to be able to run around Gotham solving detective cases and stopping random robberies. How do you all feel about that?

Yeah one thing I would ask for is a greater emphasis on solving things in detective mode, rather than just riddles and following scents/traces

Gotham would be great if it were free-roam, kind of like GTA or Need for Speed
In this case we could drive the Batmobile around to reach areas

Rocksteady delievered in AA , so they will be completely capable of going that extra mile in AA2

Totally, that would be awesome! At the same time though, I really kinda did like the contained area thing in AA, where you were in one place but it had SO much to explore.

I think more contained but bigger scope woulf be great as well. Look what that recently did on Assassins Creed 2 - the world was huge so on that scale would be just right.

I can't wait to start running around Gotham in DCUO Smile

Yeah on that basis free roam would be great, even if it were contained to certain areas

I will definitely check out DC Universe online

I'd love a Batjet capability

Yeah, any of that would be good for Arkham Asylum 2. I'm still torn though, dunno if I want to hope for a more open universe or a more closed one like in AA (and leave the patrolling Gotham for DCUO).
