| Yeah! I've been seeing stuff about this movie, and it looks awesome! The trailer is cool too...I never read the series though. I dunno if I should just wait at this point and see the movie first. | |

| The comic is brutal dude (well the first two or three issues I read where). I might try and find the TPB and finish it off... Your right though... comic first and then the movie.
This was one reason I didn't like Wanted. When they changed it to a league of assasins instead of supervillains, it just spoilt it. | |

| A friend let me borrow the first 6 issues of Kick Ass, and I thought it...well...it kicked ass!! It is not a typical "superhero" comic, but it is definately worth reading. It is comical, and definately has a good plot.
However, does anyone else see a SMALL resemblance to one......oh, I don't know......Dark Knight/Batman? Funny, I didn't know Nic Cage had replaced Christian Bale! You would think that GKO would have been on top of that......lol!
I guess we know now that the new Batman movies would have gone the way of Ghost Rider had Cage been playing the role!
Seriously though, if you can get past "big daddy", you should love the movie! | |
