Smallville Season 9 Finale Discussion

I know at least one or two of you (Including site creator Bob) watch Smallville, so I was wondering what your thoughts were on the finale, and the season as a whole. Personally, I thought the 9th season of Smallville went pretty slowly as a whole, but definitely geared up towards the end and went out with a bang! This finale was EPIC, and I can't wait for next season now.

And especially loved the teaser, in the first 5 minutes - wish there was a bit more of that.

I never got into Smallville that much. Well, I did but it was the first season... maybe part of the second one. My dad liked it so I had always watched it with him. Just lost interest in it with all the drama the show brings. And by drama I mean non-stop boyfriend girlfriend, that's my girl kind of thing.

All of that's gone now. Clark's working with Lois at the Daily Planet in Metropolis, Lex is presumed dead for now (we know he's not) and all of the lame love triangle stuff is gone. There is some relationship stuff with Lois liking Clark's superhero alter-ego "The Blur" and Clark and being torn between them, but it's more mature than the 1st/2nd season stuff; they're adults now.

By the way, check this clip out; this was the opening of this seasons's Smallville Finale. This made the finale 80% more epic than it was (and it was pretty epic anyway).
