Lol it's Sinestro Corps/Yellow Lantern Batman. From that one scene during the Sinestro Corps war. The ring said "Bruce Wayne of Earth: You have the ability to instill great fear - Welcome to the Sinestro Corps", and then he showed the ring that he overpowered his fear-causing abilities with his willpower.
