Aww, shucks! It's been great knowing you too, Bob. Hopefully I'll make it across the pond one day and we'll finally meet in the real world haha. -Gary

Not at all...because it's a fact. Although, we really have to shut up and let Dane talk more, I feel kinda bad that that's basically all he got to say haha. -Gary

| Hey, guys. The name for this site here is Jay Kay. I'm 22 years old, living in Arizona. I'm a college student, currently learning about computer programming and web design, but my real passion is in writing and in art. Obviously I'm a bit of a fan of the Batman characters, being on this site and all. I first started when I was around...12, I think, when I found Dark Knight Returns at my local Borders, and I've been an addict ever since. So...yeah. I think that about covers it. Any other questions, just ask. | |

| Well, nice to officially meet you Jay Kay! Again, welcome to Gotham Knights Online, we're glad to have you in our little community.
That's an interesting introduction to Batman comics, The Dark Knight Returns. I love that book, but I don't think I found it until high school. It's a pretty mature book, in my opinion, so kudos to you for reading and comprehending it at 12!
Have you had the chance to do anything with Batman for a class project with your computer stuff? I know I would haha.

-Gary Yeah, needless to say my mind was kinda blown after reading it. And actually yes, I did--for one of my html classes, I created my own little mini Batman site.

Me too! Well, probably nothing compared to their level of professionalism you produced, but in my Computing in the Modern World (My school is a bit... lost in time.), we were learning how to use Adobe Dreamweaver, so I dedicated my site to the legacy of Batgirls! c: And welcome to GKO! c: Happiest littlest piece of heaven you will find on earth!

And welcome to GKO! c: Happiest littlest piece of heaven you will find on earth! Oh, mine was hardly professional, I'm sure. It was using the most basic forms of HTML. And the class I learned my HTML stuff also had a focus on "introduction to the world wide web," so it's kind of a dinosaur in that sense, too--though it's community college, so a lot of the people there are in their 30s/40s trying to get a new career but have to get their children to turn on the computer for them.

I had to take some courses at my local CC over the summer...isn't it funny how it's EXACTLY like that show Community? If you've never seen it, as a community college student you REALLY should. It's hilarious.... -Gary
